90-Day Weight Loss Intensive:

If you answered Yes to any of the above, what you need is my 90-Day Weight Loss Intensive Program.

 

In the course of 90 Days (3 Months), you will receive support in the form of:

 

~  Two group training calls every month, where we will cover all the information you need to eat better and exercise more

 

~  One 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with me, every month, where we will work to incorporate the information you learn into your personal daily life.  We’ll spend time making sure that the concepts learned in the training calls are built into your specific daily routine

 

~  Three 30-minute ‘SOS’ calls – a direct hotline to me, to be used at any time you need them over the 90 days.  These will be very useful for the days that you need that extra ‘HELP!  How do I deal with this?’ feeling, or to design a specific program for you if you are entering an especially stressful time in your life (traveling, family commitments, holidays, etc.)

 

~  A weekly food and exercise tracking log that you’ll send to me so that we can constantly be adjusting, adding, or modifying on a regular basis to ensure you stay on track with your goals.


Also, as a Bonus to the above, you’ll also receive:

 

~  Three customized workout routines – specifically written for your situation.  These will be easy to do, time sensitive routines, written by a certified Personal Trainer, that will help you jump-start your exercise routine.

 

~  Three 30-minute calls with a certified Personal Trainer to review workouts, break through barriers, address questions, and get all the customized help you need to finally get into your own exercise routine!

If you answered Yes to any of the above, what you need is my Healthy Leader system.  This is a six-step system that will help you lose weight, find time to exercise regularly, and feel confident with yourself again.  We work on eating, exercising, de-stressing and finding time to fit it all into an already busy daily routine.  The results will have you feeling better, looking better, and performing better – both personally and professionally.

 

This is a six-month program where you will:

A dd Water (and lots of it!)

D e-Stress

E xperiment – Until we find how best to fit it into your daily life

Being that health goals and personal circumstances are very individual, this program is completely customized to you, your goals, and your daily schedule.  It will include education and training in various forms, personal time with me to make it work with your life, and extensive amounts of support in the form of personal training sessions (if applicable), grocery store tours (if applicable), and other resources / sessions.
