As a full-time working mother of three young children, my time is extremely limited. Knowing this, Gayle was able to customize a plan to help me reach my health goals that ‘worked’ within my busy schedule. She quickly provided insights about my existing habits and behaviors that were eye-opening to me, and encouraged me to implement some basic lifestyle changes that I could easily incorporate into my routine and stick to long-term.

Gayle takes a very person-specific approach. She has a way of drawing out my key themes and diagnosing my most critical needs. She is thought-provoking ~ asking questions and challenging me to “breathe”, dig down deep and think, and then DO! She offers creative yet very practical suggestions and shares examples, many of them from her own experiences, for how to apply them to my life. I love her balanced approach, which considers the spectrum of physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and family/relationships and drives toward creating healthy habits which then become second nature. Perhaps most importantly, Gayle is genuinely caring and extremely passionate about helping me to be the best me I can be! She is motivating and encouraging and highly inspirational!
Working with Gayle has been an education on many levels. The two greatest lessons Gayle taught me were – focus on those critical few priorities that will make an impact. Don’t get distracted by all that could be done – instead, focus on making a significant change in a significant way through a laser focus on my highest priorities. The second lesson Gayle taught me was perspective. She taught me how to take almost any challenge and see it from a new perspective – one with possibilities and new solutions that were previously unknown to me. I practice both of these lessons daily and have felt more in control of my own life as a result.
